We are regularly instructed on behalf of Claimants/Pursuers, Defendants/Defenders, or as Single Joint Experts in both civil and criminal matters.
What types of Expert Witness reports do you provide?
We provide reports in personal injury, occupational disease, fatal accidents, medical negligence (focused on human factors), and major industrial incidents. All reports are tailored to the specifics of the case and compliant with UK court standards.
What jurisdictions do you cover?
We provide expert witness services across the United Kingdom, including England and Wales and Scotland. Our experts are experienced in presenting evidence in County Court, Sheriff Court, and the High Court.
What qualifications do your experts hold?
All experts are either Chartered Ergonomics and Human Factors Specialists or affiliated with other professional bodies.
We have experts with IOSH-accreditation in Hand-Arm Vibration (HAV) Risk Assessment & Management.
How long does it take to receive a report?
Timeframes vary depending on case complexity and availability of documentation. However, we aim to deliver initial reports within 4–6 weeks of instruction. Fast-track options may be available.
